Our discovery of Jim Pierce was nothing short of a miracle and favorable fate. We had been working with another agent for months looking at different kinds of land and/or property in Dahlonega because we were not very familiar with the area. Our original agent was a lovely person to work with but during the last month of working with her, she had a family emergency and kindly bowed out because she wouldnt have the time to dedicate to us. During one of our visits, we had lunch at a local restaurant and I remember seeing Jims name on a sign that was posted just outside the establishment. We called him and explained our situation and he took the ball and ran with it. Jims willingness to work with us was just amazing. His promptness, genuine kindness, humbleness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, and good energy made the purchase process run as smooth as possible. Jim researched a great deal of information for us - city and county inquiries, reviewing non-standard documents, easement agreements / specifications etc. He was always straightforward with us and replied to all our calls and questions in a timely manner. He was a savvy liaison between the sellers, lawyers, sellers agent, and us. Aside from being a sharp realtor / property expert, he is a wonderful human being and an asset to his community. Should we ever consider buying again or selling, we will not hesitate to call Jim at River Mountain Realty again. Needless to say, we highly recommend Jim and would give him a 10-star review, if possible.
