Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Do your homework. It's always a big stretch financially but well worth it if you do it right!

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Make a plan and timeline. It usually takes longer than you think.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Families, Individuals, First time buyers, first time sellers, commercial, land owners, and more.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I helped an acquaintance I had gone to church with sell their home in my neighborhood. They were excited about a new job in a new state, and I was able to help them sell their home quickly and for a price that they loved. It was a win-win!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

My wife was working as a real estate transaction manager and eventually was licensed and started helping families buy/sell. When a job change was needed for me, real estate was a natural step and now we both work full-time in real estate and love it!

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Buying and selling your home is a multi-layered transaction that can be very emotional. I've spent more than 20 years serving families through all types of situations. This experience helps me understand and counsel my clients to make the best decisions for their situations.

Jim has sold three properties for me, he showed the same professionalism with each and kept me informed as things were happening.. if I had another property to sell i would certainly ask Jim to sell it for me.

They were prompt in feedback, he was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I am very happy with all their help. I would recommend Jim to others. He explained the process well and would get back to me by text or phone quickly. The process was fairly smooth, I wish he could have gotten me the code to the alarm system but I need to follow up on that on my part.

Jim and Rebecca were the best real estate agents we couldve asked for. They sold our previous residence and helped us buy our first official home! They listened to all of concerns and always responded quickly. They also kept us updated throughout the whole process. We were able to buy a home that we love because of them!

Relocating from out of state can be a challenge when time sometimes is an issue. Jim and Rebecca made time in their week to show us some homes. They knew exactly what we were looking for. After finding the perfect place they actually got the paperwork started before we were to head back out of state. They kept in constant contact while working on the deal for us. Closing was a breeze. A smooth process. Would definitely recommend them...and have!

Jim makes up for years of experience by knowing the local area like the back of his own hand. He was able to show us exactly the neighborhoods we were looking for as well as perfectly selecting homes we could live in just shortly after our first meeting. Every single time we called, sometimes with just minutes from our arrival in town, he was able to schedule showings and always met and/or exceeded our high expectations. He simply needs time to establish those years of experience by doing what he is so capable of doing. He made our search much more productive and enjoyable. Although we didn?t buy in this area because our job opportunity fell through, I have no qualms about recommending Jim to meet your buying/selling needs.

Jim and Rebecca are fantastic. One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. They anticipated houses we would want to see and had showings already scheduled. They went above and beyond multiple times and did more then a realtor typically does. They made us feel like their only client when in reality they are helping several others. Reach out to them and you will receive some friendly conversation, great advice and market analysis. You won?t be disappointed.

Our experience with Jim and Rebecca was 10 out of 10! We did ?shop? around for a realtor and after the first time viewing a house with them, we knew we wanted to work with them! Very professional, had disclosures and information printed out and in a folder for us. Explained things throughly, great knowledge on the current market, and would respond almost immediately every time, also a great sense of humor! (All things that are important to someone buying, especially first time buyers like us!)
