I was a little nervous about this because last time I bought a home I was disappointed by my realtor. It turns out we got incredibly lucky! Tiffany was extremely communicative throughout the entire process of buying the house. She sent frequent updates and responded to my texts and calls quickly. She was also just friendly and easy to talk to. She was heavily involved in the inspections process and in communicating with my mortgage lender. I felt she really advocated for us and was strong in negotiating. I think she really appreciates how the process can be stressful and emotional and guided us appropriately. It felt like we were a team in acquiring this property. When I was worrying about the amount of trash left behind during the final walkthrough, she even offered to pay to have the trash hauled away. I know I said so many times to friends and family how glad I was we got Tiffany. If you need someone who's strong and gets it done, Tiffany is your person.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had just relocated to another area and were ready to put our house on the market. My next door neighbor was having such a negative experience with one of the "discount" brokers that we decided to skip the drama and go with a traditional realtor. We looked for people with local experience and interviewed three brokers. Although Jim's suggested listing price was in the middle of the three, we appreciated his approach and promise to be available during the entire process. He arranged for staging of our clean but empty house and also provided very professional color flyers, signage, MLS listing, etc. all as promised. We accepted an offer for more than we were asking in less than 48 hours after our house was put on the market with a pre-qualified buyer and closed 20 days later. He then took over our neighbor's listing that had languished on the market for months and sold it within a week. Jim was great to work with, very responsive, did what he said he would do when he said it would happen. It was a very positive and stress free process overall and my wife and I highly recommend Jim Naulty and Newpoint Realty!
