Jim Jr was awesome. Very professional, level headed and personable. I tend to be a little high strong and quick to make a sudden decision. Jim basically held my hand, listened to my issues but kept me focused on our goal, which was to sell our house for the best price, and that he did. I would highly recommend him and his firm. JH
