Jim has helped us purchase a home and sell the home we had, I feel he provided excellent service and was there if I had any questions. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Jim Loss is professional in every sense. He is candid and provides full disclosure. He was always instantly responsive. Jim was particularly helpful representing our interest in the lot we identified by keeping in touch with the Realtor who represented the seller. This assured the Realtor and lot owner were aware of our interest in the lot. When the timing was appropriate for our needs, we indeed purchased that same lot nearly a year after initially expressing interest. Jim's relationship with this Realtor and Developer was instrumental in the purchase of the lot. Thank you so much, Jim! Joe and Dianne Stockdale

Jim was great. We had some bad experiences with realtors before Jim. He is very prompt and responsive. Jim took us through a lot of homes before we found the right one. I never felt like he was rushing us or being impatient with our process. His help in selling and buying our new home was very valuable.

Jim was amazing through the whole process. Never pushed any properties on us and was very thorough with his recommendations on homes and pointed out any potential issues with properties and advised us accordingly. Jim kept everything as smooth as possible and cant wait to work with him again in the future!

Jim is very knowledgeable about the southeastern Michigan and northern Ohio areas. Within two weeks of listing my house with Loss Realty I had received several requests for showings. One of those requests resulted in a buyer offer to purchase my home. I did offer a selling price well below the actual value of the home and feel that a better offer could have been negotiated so this is the reason for the 3 stars under negotiation skills.

Jim helped us buying our first home a few years back and he is truly professional in any details. Patient and knowledgeable through out the whole process and that is why we hire him again to sell our lovely home this year since we are relocated.Again, we sold our house within a month with Jim s PRO help and it is totally a smooth experience. What could you expect more from a realtor? Nothing more to say, we are so lucky to have Jim as our agent and recommend to anyone that need help with selling or buying a home!!!

Jim was a great realtor to work with. He was very attentive to our needs and always made sure to accommodate our schedule. We were able to sell our home and find a new one with Jim's help, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. I highly recommend Jim to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home.

Mr. Loss truly goes above and beyond of what is expected in a realtor. His knowledge, professionalism, patience, and his ability to treat you like you are his only client are just examples of his true character. He helped me through every step of the process, even if it was after business hours. Thanks to technology, we were able to call, text and email. Mr. Loss was always quick to respond, just another example of his dedication and loyalty to his client. I had a positive experience working with Mr. Loss and look forward to working with him again.

I contacted Mr. Loss about looking for a home and I must have caught him on a bad day at first. He was pushy and didn't take into consideration most the needs of my family. We talked 3 times on the phone and the last time it got to the point were I just hung up and couldn't deal with him anymore. I do NOT recommended him to ANYONE!!!
