ZillowVERIFIEDJim did a fantastic job during the buying process! My husband and I were first time home-buyers who had no clue what we were doing, but luckily we got connected with Jim who was very knowledgeable. He was there with us through it all and was always just a text away which was so convenient! Any time he got new info on the home we chose he would notify us so we would be in the loop. We really appreciate everything he did for us and you won?t be disappointed if you choose him as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Mr. Kincheloe. Very profession and kind, very knowledgeable, and very caring. I just bought my first home with his help and I would not recommend anyone else. He was very knowledgable and had so many tips and pointers that we did not think of at all. Thats how we knew we were in good hands. Thank you for helping us find not just a house, but a home! Also, thank you for being so patient with us as we looked at a few houses and finding exactly what we asked for.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Jim at the open house viewing of the home we now own and love! From the moment we met Jim he was warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in purchasing a home. He answered all our questions earnestly and we had no hesitation requesting that he represent us as our realtor. He went out of his way to arrange late evening viewings of other homes we wanted to look at in the area and talked to us at length about everything we needed advice about. He was available to talk on the phone almost any time of the day or night when we had questions! And when we closed on our new home Jim was genuinely so happy for us and stopped by later on our first day there to celebrate with us! He has become just as much a friend to us as a realtor and neighbour and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a great realtor. Thank you for everything Jim! ZillowVERIFIED He nailed what I was looking for in a house. First house he took us to was THE house. Everything that followed was great. Jim was efficient, offered great advice and helped make the right offer, which was accepted immediately. The best recommendation I can give, is I will be enlisting his help to sell my old house.

ZillowVERIFIED Contacted a few other realtors in the area and none of them were nearly as helpful as Jim. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he sent me a list of homes that fit my style within a few hours. He continued to send me listings as they popped up until I found the home I wanted! I was an out of state buyer, which prevented me from seeing the home, but Jim took his personal time to video chat me the house and was very honest. I highly recommend going through Jim, he knows the area very well and will do what it takes to get you the home you want!!
