1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The market is experiencing low housing inventory. Buyers need patience and a williness to stay engaged in the home buying process for longer periods of time and be willing to write aggressive offers with limited contingencies.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Price within market rate for your neighborhood. Use a real estate agent to determine the fair market value of your home. Have an alternative housing plan in place in the event your home sells quickly and with limited contingencies.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers, buyers and investors.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Showed one home to a very motivated buyer who got their offer accepted without a counter phase with the seller.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
Since 2019 I have held a California State Brokers License after spending over 15 years in corporate sales and marketing.

Two months ago, we had no idea we would need to buy a home in Sacramento County. But due to a tragic event, some family members were suddenly without a home and we were looking to quickly find one. We were unfamiliar with the area and Jim was able to recommend good candidates and schedule visits immediately. One of these fit our needs and we made an offer. With the current crazy real estate market, we had little hope that the first offer we made would be accepted, but were thrilled when it was. Jims experience and knowledge of the area helped us price our offer well.We wanted to close as soon as possible, but the sellers had many delays that looked like they would drag out our closing date a week or more past the original target date. His polite prompting helped to keep them on track and minimized this delay to a few days.Our family has moved into their new home!
