Two months ago, we had no idea we would need to buy a home in Sacramento County. But due to a tragic event, some family members were suddenly without a home and we were looking to quickly find one. We were unfamiliar with the area and Jim was able to recommend good candidates and schedule visits immediately. One of these fit our needs and we made an offer. With the current crazy real estate market, we had little hope that the first offer we made would be accepted, but were thrilled when it was. Jims experience and knowledge of the area helped us price our offer well.We wanted to close as soon as possible, but the sellers had many delays that looked like they would drag out our closing date a week or more past the original target date. His polite prompting helped to keep them on track and minimized this delay to a few days.Our family has moved into their new home! Thanks to Jim for listening to our needs, providing good advice and following through on all the little details. He was a pleasure to work with!
