Jim Jill and their team are spectacular. They made a process that I feared almost painless with a wonderful result. I was not looking forward to the process of selling my long-term home to move closer to my daughter at the age of 79 after the death of my husband. They were kind, listened and respected my wishes as to when I wanted to put my home on the market. It did not go on until I left town and all of the staging occurred without me being present. The long distance negotiations went smoothly and the few hiccups that occurred during the weeks that my home was on the market were handled with ease. I am so happy I used them and can recommend them without reservation. A number of people that I interviewed were not sensitive to my needs, and some were too pushy and lacked their level of experience. Additionally, I can testify that they are extremely competent and knowledgeable in their profession.
