ZillowVERIFIED Our overall experience was fine. One thing we did not like is that he did not schedule a final walk through the home prior to closing. This indeed caused us a lot of time and money as we saw little things such as hole in the garage wall etc after the closing. He didnt show up at the final walk through either. In fact, our final walk through was just hours before the closing that only by ourselves without him. But he did come to pick up his check at the title company at the time of closing. He bragged about the closings he has done in all these years. Make sure if you choose him or anyone, have a final inspection 2 days prior to your closing date.

They were more of a consultant than a seller. They did not hesitate to point out the good and the bad of each house we looked at. Which were many by the way. Once we decided to make an offer we used the team that they recommended for financing and legal and the process went very smooth. ZillowVERIFIED Only complaint was that on the day of my closing on a Glendale Heights condo, at the walk-thru an hour and a half before my closing in Park Ridge, I was informed that a GH inspector had just left and I was to go to the Village Hall and leave a $500 repairs escrow deposit before I can close on my property. I did not appreciate being left in the dark until this time by 2 realtors and 2 attorneys. Also the contents of the garage which included tires and debris had to be removed or scattered also. Jim and Michelle were not as thorough as I would have preferred.
