Review If you are selling your home and he represents the buyer be very cautious. Caution include dotting your is and crossing your ts. Communication is imperative. Dont move forward with any enhancements needed prior to the sale without ensuring you have an updated signed completed contract ( not amendment to the contract) signed by all parties before moving forward on fixes required due to inspection. Doesnt appear to megotiate in good faith

Review Met JIm in December re selling my condo in Aurora and buying a home in Parker/Castle Rock. Condo sold immediately. Jims team, the photographer and stager, were incredible! Jim always has immediate response to contact and is very knowledgeable of all aspects of buying/selling, ie knows his people, territory, real estate rules and regulations, etc. Ive relocated a lot in the last 15 years in California, Texas and now Colorado and find Jim to be the best. Review Jim was great. We spent a fair amount of time looking for the right house and Jim never pushed or acted like we were wasting time. He knows the area extremely well and is very knowledgeable about houses such as pointing out why a house isnt a good bargain and how easy or difficult it may be to sell. Hes an excellent negotiator and will tell you if the list price is good. He also has a number of people he can call for all the services youll need after you sign a contract and after you close. The day we closed he set up an appointment to have the carpets cleaned the next day and at half the price of the other carpet cleaning services.

Review We did not need to sell our home but did want to sell and start downsizing so that we could retire to family property in Henderson, NV. We were hoping for the ultimate in sweetheart deals and Jim helped us find one. We sold our home for a fair price to an investor and are still living in it for another year. Jims buyer signed a lease agreement with us for a one year period the same day we closed on the sale. We are able to have one less thing in our lives, the home ownership, and have ample time to continue to weed out, sell and giveaway 25 years of things that are simply no longer necessary. We had some hiccups along the way ? things that are probably pretty common when you are selling and buying at the same time, and nothing to do with him ? but Jim handled everything quickly and professionally, which kept our stress down. Review Jim not only helped get in in the perfect place that was affordable, but while I was looking, he was instrumental in making sure I didnt buy just any place. With his contractor knowledge, he was able to show me where some places would need more work than what a quick glance would show. There were places I wanted to see and he would give me some knowledge about the surrounding area as to whether it was safe or not.
