If you are selling your home and he represents the buyer be very cautious. Caution include dotting your is and crossing your ts. Communication is imperative. Dont move forward with any enhancements needed prior to the sale without ensuring you have an updated signed completed contract ( not amendment to the contract) signed by all parties before moving forward on fixes required due to inspection. Doesnt appear to megotiate in good faith
