We didn't realize the importance of finding a knowledgeable real estate agent when we selected Jim Garcia to be our Buyer's Agent. We found him through a friend to help us after we visited an open house, and it was "the one." Jim walked us through the process of making an offer, and he represented us well during the inspection and transaction. He was knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. The Seller's Agent was a stark contrast, making us even happier that we were working with Jim. We look forward to working with Jim Garcia as our realtor in the future.

If you are selling your home and he represents the buyer be very cautious. Caution include dotting your is and crossing your ts. Communication is imperative. Dont move forward with any enhancements needed prior to the sale without ensuring you have an updated signed completed contract ( not amendment to the contract) signed by all parties before moving forward on fixes required due to inspection. Doesnt appear to megotiate in good faith
