Review Jim helped us both buy a place when we moved to town and sell it a few years later when we left town. He was very accommodating when scheduling long Saturdays of looking at houses, always was available when I wanted to go out. When we were selling, he helped us keep everything in perspective. Through both experiences, Jim was easy to get along with and great at helping us through both the buying and selling process. If we end up back in the KC area, we will use Jim again.

Review After several months of not finding a house that we were in love with, my husband and I finally found one that we really liked. The house was quite a bit out of our price range, but Jim went to bat for us. Eventually, Jim was able to get the house we wanted at considerably less than asking price to get it in our range. He also negotiated some significant house repairs on top of it. We would not hesitate to use Jim again to purchase our next home. He's professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable, as well.
