They took care of all issues that came about. Not living there, did create some issues for me. Simple things, like finding someone to mow the lawn and water the lawn. Finding a person to do the inspection and cleaning of the ac/ heating unit. Jim took care of those issues with no hesitation. With much appreciation from me.
