I listed my home in Michigan with Jim. I currently live in Florida so everything was done via text, email or cell phone. We received a full price offer soon after it went on the market in November. However we put up with one delay after another mostly from the buyer. The deal finally went thru in March...3 1/2 months later. Jim was very helpful in keeping me calm throughout the whole deal. Very quick to respond on every step and follows through. He worked with the banker and selling agent efficently on our behalf and got them the many items they needed. We were treated like we were his only customer yet we know we were not! We dont have the keys to our new get away just yet, but we just know he is on top of it and will let us know when they are turned in! He would be welcome at our camp fire any time!
