Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was the Listing Agent on a deal with one of my clients, where I was the Lender. Jim constantly communicated with everyone to help keep the timeline on track. He went above and beyond for his clients to ensure not only that they got top dollar, but that the deal would close. He vetted us to ensure we would deliver and be able to close the deal, which is a key aspect of the process. I highly recommend Jim and will be referred any of my clients in the Wilkes-Barre area to him.

Jim is a top notch real estate agent and was willing to help us in any way to get this sale completed and have us come away happy! We are thrilled with our new home and pleased with the process it took us to get there. We loved working with Jim and would recommend him to others.

Jim was a pleasure to deal with. He is an enthusiastic and a hard worker. Works quickly and efficiently to list the property fairly and find potential buyers. He clearly explained the reasons for the home valuation . Negotiations proceeded quicker than I thought possible. I made sure I kept my phone with me at all times. Always straightforward and to the point. A down to earth honest guy, not pretentious like so many in the real estate field. I would never use anyone else to handle a real estate transaction for me. Jim, thanks for your understanding and help during this difficult time as executor of my Mom's estate.
