Jim was early to each appointment and took extra time as needed to go though each house. He has a good eye for structural issues and systems and was able to explain how everything works. Buy the end of the buying process we were much more educated and confident about our purchase. We also had a good experience with the professionals that Jim recommended for us in financing and home inspection. He was patient, professional, and a great advocate throughout the 4+ month process. ZillowVERIFIED Jim was very accommodating, always making it easy for me to do the paperwork involved in buying a home and helpful through the negotiation process. I gave 4 stars for the negotiation not because Jim wasn't excellent but the seller was hard line and didn't want to budge. But despite that Jim was able to meet my needs and keep the price well within my pre-approval amount. It was a pleasure working with him and would highly recommend.
