About Jim Blake

I started in real estate 20 years ago when I bought my first three rental properties. An elementary school teacher at the time, real estate investment became a passion and an additional source of income. In 2004, I received my Real Estate Sales License and began working with Prudential Realty. I quickly realized that as a Realtor, there is nothing better than helping others with what I love to do! Experienced in real estate sales, investment, and property management, I achieved my Brokers License in 2014. I now manage The Jim Blake Homes Team with Lisa Drake Properties. Work ethic, dedication, open communication, strong negotiating skills, and a firm understanding of the buying and selling process are what I promise to bring to the table for each of my clients. Jim was referred to us by my brother who had used Jim when he sold his home. Jim was responsive, professional and always just a phone call or text away. He walked us through the whole process. From prioritizing projects prior to listing, loaning us a trailer to load up junk and even helping do dump runs for us, Jim made the process so much easier. He even responded when our dogs got out and the neighbor called his number on the "For Sale" sign!

Jim is the go-to realtor! I was on the hunt for my first home, and Jim made the search so much easier for me. He was always available to check out homes with me, and even helped on his days off/free time. I searched and searched for homes, and Jim helped guide me through the process of putting in offers. He always used laymens terms, so understanding was extremely easy in the complexity of the buying terms.I wouldnt choose any other realtor when the time comes for another. Jim Blake is a amazing realtor. He took the time first to understand our real estate needs. Jim guided us through all the steps in the selling process and any decisions along the way. He also helped with some of our buying process even thou we were buying a home 2200 miles away and using a local realtor.
