ZillowVERIFIED When I moved to Frederick, I was looking for rentals. Jim Bass site came up for rentals and they called asking if we were looking to buy. We agreed that they would send me listings every few months and we would reconnect when I was ready. They were very friendly and no pressure - just an offer to be available when we were ready. When we decided to start looking, found a property that we were interested in - it happened to be listed by Tracy Franck. Even though it was late and I was expecting to get a voicemail, I called and Tracy answered. I told her could talk later, but we quickly got chatting. She asked about us and what our needs were and then was realistic about how this property might not be a great fit for us. We really hit off, chatting and laughing! I instantly fell in love and everything was easy from there on out. She created a customized search for listings and told us to call her anytime. And she meant that! We would send her an email in the evening assuming to get a response in the morning and shed call us 5 minutes later. She was attentive, accommodating, and fun! After the first showing, it felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. We moved from a very different housing market and our ideal budget turned out to be way off here. Tracy definitely honored that budget, but also gently helped us see that it couldnt get us what we wanted and needed here. On top of that, houses were going very quickly. We found the house that we fell in love with and ended up buying and were able get a competitive offer in as Tracy got us a showing the day it was listed and coached us on how to be competitive in this market. ?She also connected us with a local mortgage lender (as well as several other small, local businesses), which ended up being a godsend. She made the offer, inspection, and closing process seamless. ?SoaEUR|.would we recommend Tracy? In a heartbeat. Are we a little sad that we found a house because now we cant see her all the time? Amanda was our main coordinator and she sat down with us and listen to every concern, idea, and question we had.
