Jim has been advising me for a few years now so when I had the opportunity to hire him to sell my parents home there was no question that we would use him. HE WENT TO WORK, FINDING SPECIFIC BUYERS WITH JUST ONE SHORT SHOWING. GOT AN OFFER AND I ACCEPTED. THEN HE HELPED ME FIND A BEAUTIFUL HOME IN VALLEJO WITH A KILLER VIEW. WITH MY HOME SOLD IN SF, I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE MY VALLEJO HOME IN FULL. ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Jim for your realty needs. We chose Jim as our agent for the sale of our house and are extremely glad we did. I was impressed from the initial contact all the through the sale and post-sale activities. It was immediately clear on the first phone call that Jim was very knowledgeable about our neighborhood. We set up a time to meet the next day and Jim was right on time. Jim set himself apart from the other agents we interviewed right from the start. He showed up having done his homework, provided a minimum price he felt the house would sell for, and more importantly was already prepared with a marketing plan. We chose Jim because he knew our specific market, had sold a number of homes in the area over the prior year, he had a well thought out plan, and upon meeting face to face it was clear he had the charisma needed for sales. We are glad we chose Jim. He was able to negotiate a sale 30% above listing. Throughout the entire process Jim delivered on everything he said he would do, and more. He is always honest, prompt and there for you any time. Jim has also been there after the sale, making sure everything would go right through closing and beyond. He helped me find a contractor to fix it up, and got me top dollar for the area it was in. It didn't stop there ... he knew my budget, and sent me listings for everything I could possibly afford in the area I wanted to live in. A few days later, Jim had gathered so many locations for us to to look at which where in our budget that we felt like he cared more about us finding a good location than we did. Jim walked us through the entire process, which being first time homebuyers is a daunting task. Jim was with us during every step. From taking us to look at locations to signing the final documents. Jim was outstanding and I have already recommended him to many friends looking into buying property. There are not enough stars in the rating system to give to Jim, he is that good.
