He was quick to email us other properties that had what we wanted right away when they came on the market. For the house we ended up buying, it came on the market on Thursday, we saw it on Friday, put an offer on Friday night, and they took our offer Sunday. Jim understood the negotiating that we needed to do to sway them to take our offer over the others. We just moved in and we love our place.

We had spoke with another agency in town very popular, they charge more than Jim, and are not as responsive, and did not have the expertise to sell my house. He set us up for automatic emails for anything remotely close to what we were looking for. And would get back to us the same day when we wanted to look at something. He was honest and gave excellent advice.When we changed our minds with what we were looking for and I stumbled across a property he set us up to look at it that night. After looking at it we decided to put in an offer and Jim stayed up until at least midnight completing the paperwork. The next morning our offer was accepted just before another offer came thru for another couple that had looked at it before us the night before!I'm positive that if we didn't have Jim- we wouldn't have our amazing house.

ZillowVERIFIED Jim helped us tremendously as we discussed the amenities we were searching for, what were good price ranges for what was offered in properties, and provided expert guidance as we were in the negotiation process as to what seemed reasonable and unreasonable. We used Zillow to do most of our "window shopping" for houses and that was a great process to see what was available on the market and compare properties in order for us to identify which ones we were interested in. We found the perfect property for us, albeit a bit more expensive than what we initially were looking at paying. Jim explained the amenities giving our property the value it has, but also was very effective in negotiating a price that is suitable for us. He provided an avenue to give us our dream property that likely would not have occurred without his guidance and expertise. We are so happy!
