ZillowVERIFIED In the fall of 22, my wife and I decided to investigate a move to Florida. Port Saint Lucie was one of the areas. I came upon Jillian?s reviews. She seemed to have good reviews and I decided to call her. I got a message machine and left a message. She returned my call promptly, listened to my various desires and amenities I was looking for in a house, asking questions. She sent listings that she thought might fit the bill and gradually, I think she got a sense of what I liked and did not like. We scheduled a trip to Florida, and she set up a day full of open houses. After a long day, and not much that we liked, she questioned us some more, wondering if we might look at some properties not quite in my desired description. We liked the next house; my wife loved it. We bought it last October. Our circumstances had us leasing it back to the owner for 6 months. Jillian?s job was done but she maintained contact with us monthly, checking in to see if we had any needs, informing us on events in our soon to be new neighborhood. We moved in a couple weeks ago. She has again contacted us advising us to keep certain documents. All in all, I thought she was a nice woman, thoughtful, professional, and caring. I would recommend her to any prospective buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Jillian we found the perfect house in February, then the pandemic hit making the process a little more difficult. Jillian kept things moving and we closed in April. She is great at communicating with you by phone or text. Several months after the closing we experienced a major issue with the house (no one's fault, just things happen) and she stepped up and assisted us in getting the right people in and going so far as going to the house to let them in and staying while work was being done as we couldn't be there. She went well beyond what we could have expected even when other realtors could have said sorry my part in this is done. She works for and with you to see that you are happy, satisfied and helps ease all those anxious buyer concerns. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Jillian is by FAR the most caring and honest real estate agent you will meet. I called her on a Sunday at 9am and by 11am we were looking at homes. She WILL find a NICE home in your price range guaranteed. I previously lived 2 hours away and could not make the showing for my current home. Jillian video called me at 6:30pm and put the offer in at 7pm. She is a GURUl!!!!!!!! She had the best connections for lenders and will fix last minute hiccups in your buying process. Even though I was constantly sending her messages about houses I was seeing, she was diligent about responding, and always gave me her honest opinion on the homes. She answered all my questions, and even offered answers to questions I didn't know to ask. Every time a house came up that I wanted to see, she made sure to make the time to let me see it, as listings were going fast.
