She came to our house and gave us a presentation about how she would market our house and how much we could expect after a sale. Once listed, she marketed our house using various channels including Facebook. She held open houses for us each weekend. Every entry to the community was blanketed with multiple signs. Our community still has new houses being built so she also met with the builder representatives. Within two weeks, we had an offer within $5000 of our asking price. She kept us informed during the closing process every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I first contacted and met Jillian in July 2014 to purchase a condo listed in a community we have always enjoyed. The condo needed a lot of work and updating and explaining this to Jillian to proceeded with an agreed price and contract to secure our needs for the projects required. After 4 years of enjoying the condo we decided to sell and move to a villa closer to our kids and grandchildren. Knowing this was a slow time to be putting the condo on the market for sale we contacted Jillian for advise and followed thru with the posting. Jillian was aware we needed to sell the condo in order to purchase so not only did she pay close attention to us, but ensured the process went smoothly with the back to back closing we needed. ( NOTE: Jillian's title company is remarkable and handled all monies so that my husband and I did not have to go all over at the last minute.) The condo sold in 8 weeks (this is during a slow market time) and immediately she tapped into all villas in our price range to be in the area we needed to be for our family for viewing. (we were also added to a site in our price range and area for villas that would generate to our e-mail) Again purchasing a villa that required a great deal of work/updating she once again performed her magic and got the price down we could work with. So even 3 weeks later she has not forgotten us, keeps in contact offering any assistance and information she may have. Would I recommend Jillian - UM - YES YES YES!!!!!!! Oh and one another thing: not being a computer person Jillian took the time and went thru great effort to guide me on all electronic paper work and signatures and ensured I received all copies right down to go here click here now print. ZillowVERIFIED My fiancA(C) and I were first time home buyers and were recommended Jillian from a friend. You could not pray, wish, or hope for a better experience than what Jillian provided! As you can imagine we had many questions as first time buyers, PLUS we needed to get out of our condo we were renting in a very short time. So time was of the essence. Jillian began by asking us our exact preferences in a home. We gave her our max budget, size, ect and NEVER received anything but what we specified in our guidelines. I know a lot of times realtors will try and upsell you a higher priced home so they get a larger commission but that never even came close to happening. Our wishers were respected. Weather it was 8 AM or 9 PM, my fiancA(C) and I would nervously ask Jillian questions about a home and weather we can see it the next day. Jillian ALWAYS answered kindly and never seemed frustrated no matter the time. On top of that she always found time on very short notice to meet with us and show us homes even if we asked the evening before. When it came time to try and make our purchase, Jillian was extremely knowledgeable about every single upcoming step and diligently, steadfastly worked with the seller and lender. Once again my fiancA(C) and I had questions upon questions and concerns, all of which were answered kindly and promptly. If youre considering another realtor, I can guarantee that your experience will not be better. Jillian was perfection when it came to helping us and Id be satisfied with way less.
