Marianne was the absolute best to work with. She has amazing knowledge of the market, was able to help us guide through the sale of our home and the purchasing of another with poise and professionalism and was always responsive and attentive to our needs. Marianne treated me as a VIP and went over and above to show me the property I was interested in within 24 hrs and continued to be responsive through every aspect of the sale from writing the offer, negotiating and even after the sale. Her team also was equally responsive and helpful in working out the needed documents to the title company. Marianne Knowles is the best in my book.
