ZillowVERIFIED Jillian and her team were amazing to work with! She was obviously experienced and knowledgeable about the entire home selling and buying process. My husband and I listed our house on a Friday midday and by Sunday evening we had about 12 strong offersaEUR"most well over our listed price. Jillian communicated promptly and answered all our questions. She made what could be a stressful time smooth and effortless; we trusted her judgment and felt taken care of! Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Jillian is an excellent realtor. She is highly professional and has a wealth of knowledge. We appreciated how she always had our best interest in mind and was never pushy. We also found that she was perceptive when looking at properties and during negotiations and advised wisely accordingly. She made looking for a new home fun and the buying process, which can become messy, virtually mess free. We are very happy with our home and are very satisfied with the negotiation outcome. We would definitely work with Jillian again and would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We love Jillian! She had helped us with 3 purchases and 3 sales over the past 10 years. She has always gotten us maximum dollar on our sales and a fair price on the purchases. She knows her stuff, has helped us negotiate a couple of obstacles and is a true professional. Highly recommend giving her a call!

ZillowVERIFIED Jillian was fantastic in helping us move to LaCrosse from Nebraska. She found properties that met our criteria and stayed in contact regularly. Once we made the offer she was instrumental in putting us in contact with all the local resources needed to close on the house. I would definitely recommend Jillian to anyone buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Jillian was great. We tried to sell our house a few years ago by owner, and it didn't go well. We rented it and then tried selling with a different realtor two years ago with similar results. This year, the market was hot, so we decided to try to sell it again. Jillian gave us some extremely good advice (which we did NOT get from our first realtor, maybe because it did require some work and planning) which we followed to the tee. When it was time to list it, she managed the process expertly. We got seven offers in two days (I kid you not) after following all of her advice, and got well over our asking price for our house. We are thrilled, and would highly recommend Jillian to anyone looking.

ZillowVERIFIED Jillian was fantastic to work with. Without any hesitation we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. As a first time home buyer we were scared and didnt know what to expect but Jillian made us feel comfortable and confident in our home purchase. She was very patient with us and took the time to explain everything we didnt understand. Jillian has tons of knowledge and experience. She answered all of our questions. If there was something she was not able to answer right away, she would use all her resources to get back to us in a timely fashion. She is very detail oriented and would point things out about homes we would have never known to look for. If you want a realtor who is honest, knowledgeable and always has your best interest at heart then pick Jillian. :)

ZillowVERIFIED She kept the process of selling the home very simple on my end and worked with our availability well. Stress free experience. The paperwork was explained simply and understandable and she sold the home in a very short time frame. Also with multiple offers she was able to explain the best option to us to maximize what we would get in the end.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I searched for our perfect first home. It was no secret that I am very picky and I have to have things a very specific way. Working with Jillian was an excellent experience. She was so patient and broke down every step along the way. She took the time to explore every option I could have possibly wanted, even if she knew it had a high probability of not working out. She always gave me a peace of mind and I truly felt like she had out best interest in mind. Jillian was a pleasure to work with throughout our first process and I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone we know (and already have!)

ZillowVERIFIED Found Jillian on Zillow when myself and my family started looking for houses around La Crosse after finding out we would be relocating here. I would highly recommend her to anyone and wouldn't think twice about using her expertise again. She was very personal, professional, and always available. Because we were from out of town she took it upon herself to drive us around town and show us the city. Literally isn't anyone in town I don't think she doesn't know. And helped get us the house $19k under asking.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very fortunate that the seller's accepted our offer without countering. The home that we purchased had a previous offer that fell through and the seller's were ready to move. We had a pretty clear picture of what we were looking for and Jillian was able to facilitate our purchase with ease.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased our first home back in 2007 with the help of Jillian. Over the years, we expanded our family and we were looking for more space. Due to our phenomenal experience with Jillian, it was an easy choice to use her skills to sell our home. She has excellent knowledge of the real estate business and has strong communication skills. We ended up selling our home and now live in the home of our dreams. This would not have been possible without Jillian's assistance. She is a class act, and I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, we had zero experience and needed guidance. Jillian and Chancie set us at ease immediately with their professionalism and expertise. They answered all of our questions (serious and silly) honestly and promptly. I was able to email, text, or call Chancie at any hour, and I would have to a response within minutes. Even now, after our closing, I know that they are still there for us as a resource. Our experience was smooth and life-changing at the same time. I would definitely recommend Jillian and Chancie to anyone looking for a property. Thanks again for helping us make our dream a reality!

ZillowVERIFIED Jillian was flexible, comprehensive and thorough. Her professional demeanor, knowledge of the market and real estate made my wife and I feel comfortable that our needs and goals were being well managed and maintained. She was efficient and to the point, while also being warm and understanding of the chaos attached to a move. I would hire her again in a snap, absolutely no doubt she will always represent our real estate interests in LaCrosse.

ZillowVERIFIED Jillian was referred to us through a mutual friend. We asked Jillian to help us find our "forever" home. She helped us navigate our wishes / wants/ needs in a home. I was SUPER impressed how quickly Jillian would get back to me and how, with her team, we were able to get into houses very quickly to do walk throughs. Her negotiation skills are seriously AWESOME I would go back to her in a SECOND if we ever sold this home- but of course- we found the PERFECT one so I do not think we will for a long long long time. THANKS JILLIAN!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jillian really made the sale of our house feel like a smooth process. She also took the time to listen to us, answer our many questions, and make sure that we felt advocated for and taken care of. Jillian is the type person who puts passion into the things she does in life, including her professional career. Jillian assisted us with the purchase of our very first house, and 12 years later now with the sale of it as we move to another town. We would not hesitate to work with her again and appreciate her commitment to long-term relationships with her clients. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Jillian is wonderful!! We have relocated several times in various areas of the US and Jillian far exceeded the service of anyone else that we have ever worked with in the past. She helped us find a place to rent as we decided on where to purchase long term. She has extensive knowledge of the area as well as with builders as we decided if we wanted to build or buy an existing home. We HIGHLY recommend Jillian and her team!! - We did meet with another company in the area on our initial visit and we were very disappointed. We happened to meet Jillian at an open house and are so thankful of that chance meeting!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ours was a difficult case for Jillian. We were purchasing the property locally while living overseas. Jillian was great to work with and patient with the whole process of transferring money and documents internationally, which was new for her. When our new property had a water pipe break days before closing, Jillian made sure we knew about it as soon as possible, and that we knew our options about the purchase agreement.Because of her professionalism and quick responses we felt entirely comfortable holding closing until repair and inspection and appreciated all her work and effort. Her assistant Anne was as responsive and capable as Jillian. Together they made a difficult and time consuming process quite hospitable and satisfying!

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first ever home buying experience. Jillian was recommended to me by a few friends. Now, I can see why and I would highly recommend Jillian. I always felt during my search I was not just any one of her clients but a priority. Once I found a home to purchase, my first buying experience needless to say had a few "hiccups" and she was very helpful and comforted me in feeling she had my best interest the entire time. We matched perfectly and I know I will use her as an agent again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Jillian knew the market and had great recommendations for us. She was responsive and very knowledgeable about recommending things to make our home look more attractive to potential buyers (decluttering, simplifying and sprucing up landscaping). We would recommend Jillian to anyone looking to buy or sell a home - we couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help us buy our dream home and sell our existing home all within three weeks. We couldn't be happier with Jillian and Coldwell Banker River Valley - thank you!
