ZillowVERIFIED Jill was excellent to work with throughout the process of selling our home. Jill is very knowledgeable about the local Elko/Spring Creek market and helped us in pricing our home competitively with the local market. She provided all feedback from prospective buyers and helped us to eliminate negative feedback items. Once complete our home sold quickly. She is always easy to contact and if not available is prompt to return your call. An all around good experience, I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

We bought the house being in another country so just in order to resume the experience: she was fantastically helpful and very professional. ZillowVERIFIED Jill was easy to work with and made sure my house sold and closed when it was supposed to. Completely professional in every aspect of the process. Made sure my house was cleaned before closing because I was in another state. She was a very good choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Jill was one of 3 Elko real estate agents indicated to me by a real estate referral company. Jill called me right away, the second one called 2 days later and the 3rd I never heard from. She listened to me as I told my situation and what I was searching for in a home, neighborhood and price. She was to the point, up front and honest about availability, pluses and minuses of neighborhood I desired and what to expect for specific prices. Once I/we found the attractive little home I knew I wanted, she was quick, efficient and on the ball getting negotiations going and paperwork completed. She also referred me to a reputable lender and home insurer whom I was pleased working with.

ZillowVERIFIED Jill is very knowledgeable and personable and is incredibly loyal to her clients. I was a first time buyer and she guided me through the entire process, from my first inquiring text wondering if I even could buy a house (I am not a US citizen) to a glass of wine when I had moved in just a few months later. I travel frequently and Jill was always reachable, sending me all the forms and negotiating on my behalf while I was away, even down to me signing the closing documents while I was hiking states away. Of all the homes she showed me, the one she had a gut feeling I would like was slightly hidden from the market; she was spot on, and I immediately put in an offer.

ZillowVERIFIED Jill helped us buy our very first home! The experience was awesome, she was thorough and went above and beyond. We were new to the area and Jill helped get our power on, sewer set up, and even signed us up for a free home warranty that really saved us when our AC went out in the middle of a very hot summer.

ZillowVERIFIED Jill is amazing to work with and was very patient with us. We were not very serious when we first started looking, but that did not stop her from showing us any and every house we wanted to see. She is extremely friendly and professional and would use her service for any business I ever do in the Elko/Spring Creek area!
