I take the responsibility of helping you sell and buy your next home very seriously. Your home is not just brick and mortar - it is where you will share dinner with your family, get your kids off to school, spend your holidays with family and friends - basically where your memories will be made. When I list a home, I do not just plunk a for sale sign in the front yard and cross my fingers. I take a very proactive and darn right aggressive role in marketing your home. Getting your home exposed to as many buyers as possible will ultimately result in a "Sold" sign! A few things I may do to get the word out about your home would be to advertise in local real estate publications - that's rather typical. The not so typical would be to create an online/internet presence focusing on your home. To do this I will put your home on websites like 2findyourhome, zillow, and trulia. I also exploit social media by placing online ads targeting specific interests, schools, and townships. If there is something unique about your home that would attract a specific buyer, then I will make sure I market to them. For example, if your home has water access - you can bet I'll be marketing to boaters. If your home has a four car garage - I'll be marketing to car enthusiasts. I will sit down with you to analyze the local market as well as your goals and then we'll formulate a plan. We may need a professional stager to help you get your home ready for market. A professional photographer is a must! Whatever it takes!! If you're looking to buy home, I do not care how long it takes or how many homes we look at - I will never ever ever "sell" a house to you! I will look tirelessly for that perfect place that you will call home. I'll do my homework on the house you choose - checking on permits at the clerk, verifying taxes, and analyzing the neighborhood to make sure our negotiation is based on facts. With that said my hard work, diligence, patience, and years of professional training will always be at your disposal!
