When we had difficulty with our lender, JIll was the conduit to a new lender who was a better match for our needs. When we were challenged with appraisal, Jill was the conduit to finding someone available in the VERY busy RE market in FBG right now. Additionally, since contractors are in short supply, she has been an amazing link for us keeping her eye out and suggesting new options. At every single step, Jill went above and beyond what I would expect a 'realtor' to do and it has made all the difference for us. When we came to the market we expected to purchase only a single property for use as an STR. She is the reason we will likely buy 1 or 2 more before changing markets. We finally decided it was time to sell our old home and buy our new one. My husband's work and travel schedule is crazy busy. We contacted Jill and she was able to meet our impossibly difficult schedules, and with a smile! We never felt like we were inconveniencing her. I was amazed with how responsive she was and that she was able to accommodate our schedules. Every time we met, she was prepared with a wealth of knowledge. She knows buying, selling and the market! She is honest, and really listens to what your needs and wants are. We couldn't have chosen a worse time to sell. Prices were rock bottom, everything was sitting on the market and we were headed into the holidays. We looked at the house we HAD to have, but of course wouldn't qualify until our house sold.... And we needed our house to sell for top dollar to make it happen. Jill jumped full swing into getting our house on the market and noticed by potential buyers. She listened to feedback and we made adjustments. In a non-moving market, I think we sold our house in two months and for the price we needed. I am so thankful we chose Jill for our agent. She really knows her stuff and truly came in equipped with an equation that would work. She was always available for whatever we needed. She went above and beyond the requirements of a good agent. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to sell their home and/or find their new home! There is so much more I could write about our experience with Jill, but I'm not sure anyone wants to read a novel! We will definitely be calling Jill again if and when it's time to either buy or sell again!
