Jill Smisek

Hey y'all! I'm Jill, a North Texas native, coffee enthusiast, and RealtorA(R) who's been navigating this wild and wonderful world of real estate for over five years now. I'm based in the Collin County area, and I specialize in helping folks who are in big life transitions. Whether it's buying their very first home, moving up to their dream home, or downsizing now that the nest is a little quieter (been there, doing that). I've been married for over 25 years to my amazing husband, and we've raised two incredible daughters... so yes, I've got the mom instincts and the multi-tasking skills to prove it. These days, I'm learning to love the empty nester life... which mostly means rediscovering what quiet sounds like and having way fewer shoes at the front door. My business is built on clear communication, quick response times, and making the process as fun and stress-free as possible for my clients. I truly believe there's room for all of us to succeed in this business, and I love being part of a community that supports and celebrates each other. Let's connect, whether it's over real estate, coffee, or the best spots to have date night in town!
