ZillowVERIFIEDI was very apprehensive about selling my home and being able to find another in the current real estate market; especially moving several hours away. Jill Ring and her team worked hard to find me the prefect home! They took the time to learn more about what I was looking for and stayed on top of the market. They set up a profile that emailed me as soon as a new property came on the market that met my needs, even calling me when one hit the market that was perfect for me. If I was not able to get away and tour the property, they offered to do a virtual walk through for me! I highly recommend Jill Ring and Ring Real Estate for anyone selling or buying a home, farm, or land. They're experts in the real estate field in the southern Ohio area.

ZillowVERIFIED AS A FORMER BROWN COUNTY REAL ESTATE BROKER, I WANTED THE BEST BROKER TO GET ME A FAIR PRICE FOR MY FARM WHICH I OWNED FOR YEARS. RING REAL ESTATE WAS THE ONE I SELECTED AFTER LOOKING AT MANY OTHERS. THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE MARKET AND GOING PRICES GOT ME THE BEST PRICE FOR MY FARM IN A SHORT TIME. BOTH JILL RING AND CHARLIE ARE REAL PROFESSIONALS AND DID A GREAT JOB FOR ME, THE RING OFFICE STAFF WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND HELPED ME WHEN I NEEDED IT. A FIRST CLASS OPERATION

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with Ring Realty for 20 years and have purchased around 22 properties through them. During this time I have found them to be very professional, friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. I have never dealt with any other realtor group in all my years of purchasing rental properties. This shows how much confidence I have in Jill Ring and the Ring Realty Group.

ZillowVERIFIED Jill was the only realtor who showed me comps in our area. She was very honest and told me I was not going to be able to sell at what I owed to break even. She suggested a short sale and after getting permission from my lender that is how we listed. We had several showings and sold at the best deal we could get. I had listed with two prior local Realtors and neither informed me of the market issues in my area. Because the other realtors listed way out of market price, I did not have one showing. I would trust Jill before any other realtor - she is honest and straight forward and will get your property sold.

ZillowVERIFIED Jill Ring is highly professional and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. She is very personable and gets to know her clients. Jill has handled 4 properties for me in 5 years. This involved looking at several properties each time. It also was long distance. On 2 of the purchases I lived in Fairfield, Ohio and the other 2 I lived in Michigan. In each case she recognized what I was looking for, she never pushed a property but let me know what was available or became available based on her knowledge of what I was looking for. Due to her and her staff's expertise each transaction was smooth. I have enjoyed working with Jill and have recommended her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED I was impressed with Jill the moment I met her. She had a very warm greeting for me and was an understanding person so I felt comfortable explaining the desired results for selling the property. I lived ninety minutes from Jill's office but the communication from her was like I lived next door. I had some special concerns resulting from the condition of the property and Jill went out of her way to make sure all my concerns were taken care of. I would recommend Jill and her office to anyone that has a need.

ZillowVERIFIED Jill was absolutely wonderful! She was very personable and easy to communicate with. She also was always available by both phone and text whenever we had a question or concern. She never pressured us to accept an offer or change our asking amount, but she offered helpful advice when we asked. Both my husband and I were extremely happy with our experience and felt like Jill had our best interests in mind.

ZillowVERIFIED Jill and her team showed the farm to many prospective buyers, and they worked with local banks to get our buyer financing and helped him with the new rules for buying a farm. They made that sale happen. They also kept us informed every step of the way, a service that we really appreciated as we had already moved to our home in Florida. Everyone in the office helped me get documents together. When we closed, they made the process easy; even though, we were in Florida, and the closing was in Ohio.
