Prior to real estate, Jill was an elementary school teacher in Lafayette,CA and busy mother raising 3 wonderful daughters. Jill has been married since 1986 to her best friend, Tom Norris, and in 2014 she donated a kidney to Tom. In her free time she loves decorating and spending time with her grandchildren in Eagle, Idaho. Every year Jill has been awarded top awards in her company.
