My father died during the height of COVID and it felt overwhelming to empty and sell his house from across the country. Jill was there every step of the way - she helped to coordinate a very complicated and thorough clean out of the house and then arranged all of the necessary repairs and touch ups in order to get it ready to sell. She was so kind, knowledgable and proactive throughout the entire process. She secured an excellent offer for us and made sure the closing went smoothly. Review My wife and I probably saw 100 homes with Jill. We knew we wanted something spectacular and Jill had all the patience for us (she also found our rental home in the meantime that was a paradise and a real find).Most brokers would have given up on us and simply thought we weren't serious or didn't know what we wanted. But when this house came on the market, we all looked at each other and didn't need to say a word. 45 days later we closed. Jill has such a warm and caring heart coupled with extensive knowledge and connections in the area. She cares about finding you the perfect fit for your new home as much as you do. Cant say enough good (no phenomenal) things about Jill. You wont be disappointed.

She listened to what my price limitations were, my areas of interest, & what I was looking for, not pressuring me to buy or look at houses above my maximum or in areas I was not interested. She worked tirelessly to find as many homes for me to look at in my price and needs. She then understood my new job constraints and took me on as many showings as possible on weekday nights & weekends when I was available. Even organizing last minute added showings same day if she or I found additional homes, when possible. I made a mistake in my understanding of my relocation package and she went out of her way to stay with me in the process by working with my relocation agent to meet the programs requirements. She found and showed me easily 60+ homes until I felt we had completely looked at all of the available houses. Never rushed me, was a great partner through the entire process. I tried other realters and they were not responsive, did not follow-up, only showed me the houses I specifically asked to look at without taking any initiative to offer other options in the price range and area. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Review Ms Minsky was the only broker I used to sell my house. I didn't need anyone else. Her knowledge of my neighborhood schools, shops and other homeowners was limitless. Selling a house can be very stressful, but she made it easy. She was also an excellent negotiator and kept my selling price basically in tact. I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking about selling their home and wants it to be a pleasant experience.
