She helped us renegotiate the price of the house after a few unexpected things came up during the inspection. Then when the house wasn't left in "broom swept condition" she made sure we were compensated for the removal of trash. I probably would have been okay with closing the deal and paying for the trash removal myself... but Jill insisted on negotiating this... as it should not have been our responsibility.
