She was truly amazing with her quick responses, communication, educating us with Palm Coast and surrounding towns. She helped out, even after the sale, with other aspects such as setting up a folding table and chairs a blow up mattress and some other supplies to loan us until the moving truck could arrived with our furniture! I first met Jill when in Palm Coast to scope out the area to see if it would be a good fit as my family and I were looking to relocate from the northeast. Jill took us to see some properties knowing we were not yet ready to buy. At no point was she ever pushy even in the middle of a very crazy market with houses being under contract within hours of listing. We quickly realized we could trust Jill to ensure we got the house that was right for us even if we were not able to see the property in person. She was very honest about the properties and the locations and very knowledgeable of the area. She guides you every step of the way, even after closing. She absolutely goes above and beyond! Jill was amazing in helping sell my house in Jacksonville and in locating the perfect house for me in St Augustine. She got my current house on the market within a week and I was under contract quickly, at the same time we were working together to find a house in St Augustine. When repair issues came up with my current house she helped me source vendors and monitor work to make sure we successfully closed on time, enabling me to purchase the house I was interested in St. Augustine. I was starting my new job through this entire process so I could not have done it without her expertise, she handled most of the decisions for me allowing me to learn my new job and move into my dream house in St Augustine.
