Were also quite busy with work so a complete concierge approach to buying, financing and closing a home purchase was key for us. Jill did all that and more because we were buying a home where the listing agent was absent for practically the whole process so Jill had to manage everything. Net, net: Jill made the buying process easy, she was super buttoned up with all the documentation and I always felt like she was working in my best interest.

She got to know us on a personal level and had us at the doorsteps of homes the minute they were listed. When we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for she educated us on renovation and connected us with a company that worked with us to be able to move quickly on the project we selected. Even after we closed, Jill showed a genuine interest in making sure we were happy by checking in on our progress.
