ZillowVERIFIEDJill came to myself and siblings during a very difficult time when our mother had just passed away. My mother's house needed to be sold and we had absolutely no idea how to get it done. Jill came in with not only compassion for our situation, but with professionalism and expertise. Jill immediately evaluated the home, made recommendations, and had her team in the house immediately to replace carpets, tiles, and repaint. She treated the home as if it was her own making suggested changes both inside and out. Needless to say, the house was listed in two weeks, and sold in three days at almost $30,000 over asking price. I honestly do not have words to express our gratitude and appreciation for all that Jill did to make this difficult situation smooth and seamless. I very highly recommend Jill for all of your real estate needs. Jill goes above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIEDJill did a great job, not only selling the house, but keeping an eye on it while we were away for two winters. We had a very unusual house and it did not compare to any other properties previously sold in the area.It came in below what we wanted for the house, but Jill agreed to take it on.It took two and a half years, but she persisted, worked hard and got it done. We are very pleased with Jill and her organization. You won't be disappointed if you hire her.

ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Justin Haka, which is Jill Jacobson's "Haka" Husband. I Can't Extend My Gratification Enough Towards Jill and Justin's Passion That They Showed To Our Family. Dedication Is A True Understatement. In The End, I Only Paid $40,000 On A Foreclosure That Has Already Been Reassessed "90 Days After Closing" At More Than 2x What I Paid And Still Climbing Up As Construction Continues Forward.
