When we sold our home, the process was seamless, the marketing video was stunning and she sold our home rather quickly, while negotiating time for us to move out. Once we were ready for the house hunt in the very competitive bay area market, she gave us great advice on how to be more compelling to the seller. ZillowVERIFIED Jill went above and beyond during the sale of our home. It was staged beautifully, the photos and video were amazing and it sold for over asking within 4 days after the open house. She found us our dream home and put in the offer/strategy to get it. Without her guidance, I don't think we would've been able get it. She also kept us updated a few times daily via email or text. She also made it a point to call everyday to reassure us when she didn't need to. We worked with many agents in the past, but Jill is the only one I will work with from now on. We just love her!

She responds so quickly to questions. She is very patient. She gave us advise and tips and then waited six months for us to get ready to sell without pressuring us at all.
