Jill is a saint in my book, she helped me sell our house which was left to my brother and I after my mother passed. Long story short my brother got into trouble and was incarcerated, but before his trouble, he went and made a family trust with his wife giving her half of his share so ownership was a quarter, quarter and mine was half. On top of all that his wife then divorces him after he goes to prison which opened another ball of wax. Now with my brother in prison and not wanting to sign any paperwork, a court ordered elisor was assigned to sign on his behalf. So here's the skinny, every time a document need our signatures, I had to sign and call and make arrangements for the ex-wife to sign and then send them to the courts for the elisor to sign. When at the courts, it took up to two weeks to get them returned. So patients and understanding was needed by everyone including the buyers and buyers agent which Jill dealt with seamlessly. Now that being said, Jill made this process as smooth as it could have gone, she not only dealt with me, but took some of the pressure off by dealing with the ex-wife and my attorney. I would highly recommend Jill Eastman to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. She is very professional, innovative and friendly. She gives you weekly updates as to the status of your property so you feel that you have a great Realtor working for you. She is GREAT!
