Jill was very helpful and accommodating in my search as a first time buyer, helping me navigate the entire process smoothly. Jill provided my family with the utmost in professional real estate service in the listing and sale of our parents' home, our family home of over 60 years. She kept a steady monitor on the neighborhood real estate activity which ultimately resulted in raising the listing price just days before the listing went live aEUR" That proved to be a very intelligent decision, as the house sold in just 3 days with a full price offer. Jills responsiveness and communication with us was consistent throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed and ready with answers to our questions and concerns. Being that this was a 60-year-old home, we knew there would be some hurdles in terms of repairs and negotiations (oil tanks, radon, roofing, to name a few).
