    Jill did an outstanding job in helping us sell our condo. She was able to secure an offer that was $5,000.00 more than our asking price. Our buyers were very demanding and difficult to deal with but Jill did a great job with helping us respond to their demands and kept the sale on track. She was very professional, knowledgable and has a pleasant personality. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is trying to sell their home.

    Jill was an absolute pleasure for my wife and I to work with. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I can admittedly be a tough one to work with and she handled me, so that says a lot. She was spot on when it came to the negotiation and getting us to the price we were very comfortable with. Which spoke to her knowledge of both the client and the market. Again, great experience. Shes been accessible and helpful even after the sale with many things including referring us to tradesmen to help us tackle some minor projects here at the new house. Highly recommend Jill Conklin if youre looking for a realtor in CT.

    Jill did an amazing job selling our family home. When we first met, she prepped us on what should be done to get the home in Sale Shape. Once we put it on the market it sold in 4 Days. Awesome job Jill.
