Could not have asked for a better experience working with Vanessa. I was a first time home buyer and knew next to nothing about what the whole process entailed. Vanessa showed me the ropes and made the process as easy as possible. She was a great source for referrals for every step in the process including local lenders, attorneys, inspection techs etc. She also made sure I only bid on units that she fealt like were the best fit for me . There were often times she talked me out of certain places even though it would have been a quick and easy sale for her. In the end I found the perfect place so I was very thankful for her talking me off the ledge during some stressful stages of the hunt in the crazy Hoboken market. She was always responsive including nights and weekends and when she was out of the country in vacation. You will be in good hands with Vanessa as your agent!
