ZillowVERIFIED Jhante is the most amazing and easy to work with realtor. He didn't just show up to make a quick sale and move on, he showed up and helped us get our home photo ready, talked us through every single step, and made sure we had a voice through the process. We sold much higher than we ever thought we could and we couldn't have done it without his help! If you're looking for a good honest realtor he is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Jhante was amazing from beginning to end, he made sure we were happy and answered all of our questions. He was a major advocate for us. ZillowVERIFIED Jhante was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to learn my preferences in the home and was always available when I thought I found aEUR~the one. The market was tough and he was very encouraging when I didnt win a home I placed an offer on. We ultimately found a gem that was under budget and needed cosmetic updates and I was able to design my home to my exact style. Amazing service before, during and after; I had a slab leak and he reminded me of the home warranty that he negotiated for the seller to buy. Will definitely call him when I ultimately sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home can be a challenging and overwhelming experience, but not with Mr. Penigar. From my initial intent of purchasing, Jhante was my only Go to. We were interested in purchasing the home that we were renting and were very green to the buying process. Jhante was a home buying GOD! Although we had a few financial agents in mind, Jhante suggested we cast our net wide and offered some lenders the he had done many closings with. I couldn't have been more thankful. Not only did this lender get us pre-approved in a matter of minutes, he locked in a rate that was inconceivable to me. In fact, the entire process from pre-approval to closing took 18days (un heard of) Mr. Penigar is an absolute master at what he does. Through the entire process, I felt completely safe as I felt as though he is personally vested in every aspect of the process. As a first time home buyer, we feel that we won the Realtor Lottery! If you're in the market for a home and would love a knowledgeable and honest process done with integrity, Jhante is truly your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED JP was great. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and he was there every step of the way! The first time we met he explained the process of homebuying and what to expect. He even gave a us a list to keep that broke down each step. He set us up with an awesome lender and always replied very quickly. There were even times where we found a home at the last minute to look at and he made sure to fit us in in a very reasonable time. He answers every question you have and if he doesn't know the answer he will make sure to find some one reputable that does. We are very happy with our first home and the process it took to get us there. He made it as smooth as possible even when I tried to make it difficult.

ZillowVERIFIED It was overall great! I got my house fast but they still wont come and take the key holder off my door. It's been months. So whenever you have time please remove off my door. It is so annoying. That is the only bad thing about it. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of working with Jhante! Not only is he charismatic, I appreciate his great sense of care. He is a great listener and will go above and beyond for his clients. Most new home buyers will attest to the anxiety and wave of emotions that the home buying process can bring. I swear my fiance and I have asked him a zillion questions, and with every answer, we get a greater sense of his passion for this field. Because Jhante shows that he is willing to go the extra mile, we feel secure that the outcome will exceed our expectations. I highly recommend him and will send all my friends and family that are looking for homes to work with him.
