Review This was our first home sale, and it was far from simple. Selling our property was complex, high-pressure, and at times genuinely exhausting. Ours was a unique offering listed toward the end of the year, well past the comfort zone of the summer market, during a clear market transition from sellers to buyers. The sale required more than most, and I can honestly say I would have been lost without Jewon and the ICON team. Jewon handled every layer of that complexity with a level of steadiness and professionalism that most people dont fully appreciate until they actually need it. From pricing strategy and constant market recalibration to navigating inspections, repairs, buyer concerns, and shifting leverage, she was consistently prepared, transparent, and grounded in reality. No false optimism. No reactive decision-making. No disappearing when things got difficult. Just clear thinking, experience, and follow-through. She saved us more than once. Quite frankly, she saved us from ourselves. What stood out most was Jewons ability to manage both the technical side of the sale and the human side. She understood the numbers, the comps, and the timing, but she was also empathetic and grounding when I was stressed, fatigued, and overloaded with decisions. She knew when to push, when to pause, and when to protect us from making the wrong move. The only thing Id change? I should have trusted her guidance sooner. We pushed to list higher than we probably should have, which ultimately helped us understand the true market value, but had I listened earlier, I believe the home would have sold in 30 to 40 days instead of just under 60. This sale required persistence, patience, and confidence under pressure, and Jewon brought all three from start to finish. To be completely honest, I wasnt always the easiest client, and she helped guide me through the process in a way that allowed me to get out of my own way. In the end, it was her experience and expertise that brought everything home for us. If youre dealing with a nuanced sale or a market that doesnt forgive mistakes, you want someone like Jewon in your corner. Ten out of ten, would absolutely recommend.

Review I interviewed several realtors, (including two from the company that gives you a one percent commission if you buy and sell with their company) before choosing Jewon. Long story short, I recommend you do your homework! Jewon was everything and more that I expected from a realtor. - Knowledgeable about the local market - Sees the charm in your location and property and knows how to sell it - Well-connected in the community, meaning if you need a contractor, shell have several to refer to you that are high-quality and low cost - And, she also has contacts with members of the Realtor association in the area, so she gets the word out about your property - Available to answer questions and give advice (and moral support) if you need it - Represents you and your house well during showings and contract negotiations. I could go on, but you get the idea. I highly recommend Jewon as a sellers agent and I'm guessing youd get the same great service if you chose her as your buyers agent as well.
