Throughout the purchase of our new home, Jevon was on-point in every aspect. We were please the most with Jevon's responsiveness. He answered every one our calls and messages promptly. In addition, Jevon's professionalism, knowledge and punctuality made the entire process a breeze. Every time a challenge came up, Jevon was quick to facilitate solutions. Jevon always considered our price range and requirements for the new house, and didn't once make us waste time viewing homes that were out of range or did not have the features we were looking for. Another great quality is that Jevon never pressured us to make offers and never got impatient even though we were rather picky about the homes, and ended up viewing a ton of homes in a period of about weeks. I would highly recommend working with this guy to anyone looking to purchase a home

Jay was awesome! He respected my price range and immediately sent me dozens of listings specific to what I was looking for. He worked around my schedule and we found a house rather quickly. When the loan process was becoming agonizing for us self-employed folk during covid time, Jevon was very patient, understanding and his calmness eased my stress. We are forever grateful to him.

Working with Jevon was awesome. He took a pretty stressful situation and made it an enjoyable one. By getting back to us in a timely manner and putting our needs first, he made our home buying experience a great one. I would definitely recommend Jevon to anyone looking to buy a home and would use him again myself.

My fiancA(C) and I were recently in search of a home and had no idea what to do or how to go about looking for a home. From day one Jevon was very professional and personable. He was honest with his opinions and that was much appreciated. He had a lot of knowledge on the different style homes and was actually the one who picked the home we just closed on this month! The house from the photos didnt catch my attention at first but after the walkthrough I wanted the home right away! Jevon let us know that there was no rush and we never felt we had to just choose a home or there was any sort of deadline while working with him! Definitely will be recommending him to everyone we know when they start looking for their next home
