Once again Jeury was a dream to work with, super communicative, patient, positive, and HONEST. I live out of state so most of our showings are via video call or sending videos but I trust he knows exactly what I'm looking for and he pays close attention to all of the boxes I need checked lol. ZillowVERIFIED Jeury was polite and met with myself and my husband as we looked at properties. We submitted an offer and despite expressing concerns, he insisted on continuing with the offer which lead to an inspection resulting in many critical items that needed repairs. We didnt feel that Jeury was on our side as he ignored our concerns and wishes. As we asked to move onto another property, Jeury let us know he wouldnt be a good fit for us. We started working with another agent and found out that homes we actually wanted to buy and were turned down by Jeury, were homes that fit our needs perfectly. We felt he was not willing to work with us for whatever reason. As buyers we want to work with an agent whos going to be on our side and will not have us waste our time and specially money with useless inspections. It was clear to notice Jeurys dissatisfaction or irritation with our decisions even via text messages. He also made excuses to not showing us homes virtually and when consulting with the sellers agent, we found he had lied to us as there was no refusal of virtual showings. We did not like the experience we had with Jeury.

Even when Jeury would check in, it always felt personal and never like he was pushing me. He was always on the ball with scheduling showings and again I never felt pressured. It was a great, and very personal experience. He worked very hard and was there to help me through my first home buying process and answer any questions I had. He also works with a great team of inspectors, lawyers, etc, which lent itself to keeping the process running smoothly while still providing the comfort of trust. It was quite a journey buying my first home during such a crazy time in the real estate market and I wouldn't have wanted to do it with anyone else!

He recommended contractors to us who have all been fantastic so far. He recommended us different restaurants in the area he likes.
