Review Jesus Perez is an outstanding realtor. Very patient and understanding. Being young, uses modern technology such as email, smartphones and other electronics in his profession. No sales pressure. Genuinely interested in clients needs and willing to work with them until client finds the 'right' property. Does not sugar coat just to make a sale- speaks the truth and accepts facts when there are issues with the property shown. Shows as many properties as the client desires until client finds the property he/she likes--never once felt irritated or disinterested when asked to show many different properties. Leaves you wondering why every realtor is not like him.

Review Overall experience was exquisite. Jesus has great customer service and is very down to earth and humble. I was concerned that my budget was a little on the low side. Once I contacted Jesus with all the details he reassured me that he could help anyone with any budget size. He was very eager to get started right away. I was very impressed how his enthusiasm never fade out throughout the process. He explained everything step by step. There were many options he offered, always looking at each home like if it were a buy for himself. Review He went far and beyond my expectations! We went to see several homes within my budget. He is very knowledgeable and flexible. He showed me several homes within my area and worked around my work schedule. I had asked him that I wanted to buy a house that needed some repairs but a great purchase and he did. I liked how he gave me his insight and expertise in referring people that can do the job in fixing my home. I am still in contact with him after my purchase. I highly recommend him!
