It took use 2 years to finally find the house we wanted because we were pretty specific-- needing a house on land and in the Belton area with enough bedrooms for all of our children. Even though it took a while to find what we wanted, he did not quit on us or get impatient. He also helped my parents find a house when they moved out here in 2010.

ZillowVERIFIED Being only 22 years old, I didn't know much about purchasing a home, mortgages, or house-hunting. All I knew was I could afford to buy a home, and I could pay less than what i was paying for my monthly lease.Lots of people were buying their homes last year, and I sort of got into this 'home buyer's fever,' and all I could think about was how great it would be to own my own home. I started searching for homes, and when I decided I could actually do this, I took the dive in, and applied for a home loan. To my surprise, I was quickly pre-approved. I was told to find an agent and to find a home within a certain budget. I asked the finance guy who he'd recommend, and he told me about Jessie's team. I called Jessie that day, and he asked me lots of questions to get an idea of my budget, where I wanted to live, and the kind of house I was looking for. After our phone conversation, he quickly emailed me a list of homes that met my preferences, and we scheduled a time to go and look at the ones I liked. The house Jessie found for me was the first and only house I actually went to. It was a great size, and there wasn't much to be fixed. The location was the perfect distance from work for both my husband who works in Harker Heights and myself, I work in Killeen. But the best part about this house was the unbelievable price. It was probably half the price of comparable houses in the same area! Way under the budget our finance guy told us to stick to. This foreclosed home had to be mine - I'd looked online at homes enough to know that this house was not going to last - and I had to put in my offer. Jessie handled pretty much everything for me from there. He was very knowledgeable about what to do. He submitted an offer for us, and It was accepted. He coordinated with my lender, met with me, and kept me informed the whole time. Jessie never made me feel stupid, and he was able to explain everything I asked about. If I ever have to buy a home again, the first person I'll see is Jessie - he really knows what he's doing. If you're looking for a buyer's agent who is knowledgeable, kind, and flexible, call Jessie - he won't waste your time! And tell him Sidney sent you :)
