I am so glad I went with Jessica to sell my condo! The buyer's lender continued asking for extensions because they were having issues getting the loan approved and I thought the deal was going to fall apart and we'd need to start over and find a new buyer. Nope! Jessica found a new lender for the buyer/buyer's agent and we were able to close smoothly with the same buyer. Oh and she sold it for more than any other property in that complex.
