Review I want to offer my recommendations for one of the most incredible agents we have ever worked with. Ashley Oliver is one of the team members from Compass Realty (Team Warner). We moved to Murfreesboro, TN about 6 months ago after selling our house in California. We quickly realized that purchasing a house was not going to be as easy as selling our house. Working with Ashley Oliver was the only way we made it through the process. She was extremely helpful, active, dedicated, tenacious and most important, loyal. For 4 months she showed us houses, usually several a day. The market was crazy during this period and Ashley worked with us to define our want/need list and made many creative suggestions. Her patience and dedication gave us strength and confidence. She was always available and returned our calls/texts. She also followed through with requests for information, and I had many requests. If my question was something she didn't immediately know she would bring it back to her team to assure accuracy. We did have a house under contact early in our search for the perfect forever house. Unfortunately, about half way through the process we became a little discouraged with the way the reports and apraisal were going. With the support of her team at Compass Realty, we were able to dissolve our offer/contract and get our deposit refunded. That was because of the strength and reputation of their company. During the 2 month escrow process on the house we just closed on, Ashley again handled everything. Her recommendation on what and how we should prepare our offer was the game changer. She is so respectful and aware of the process that the stresses of such a complicated purchase was made very easy. I can not recommend Ashley Oliver enough. If you are lucky enough to team up with Ashley Oliver, you will be a contender in the fight to by a home!

Prior to Jessica, a different realtor from a different company came to visit my home and they wanted to low-ball my listing price. After months of staging work to get my home HGTV ready, I was so upset. In a highly welcomed contrast, Jessica was recommended to me and she was SO kind when she first visited my home. She noticed all the details you want your listing agent to recognize so they can highlight them for your buyers, and she truly understood our hard work in staging, given her background in interior design. She also didn't rush me or pressure me during our listing consult and it felt like I was talking to someone who's been a friend for a long time. Best of all, Jessica and I agreed completely on a FAIR price of my home so that my home would be represented at its true value and she helped me get $18k more for my home than the first agent wanted to low-ball my price at. Review When I was offered a job in Nashville, I knew that finding a house was the next step. Since I was still living in Minneapolis, I needed a realtor with experience working for a remote client. Through my company, I was referred to Jessica Warner and Jennifer Cummings at Team Warner, with the promise that they were very good and had a lot of experience working with remote clients. In a nut shell, I am so thankful I found them!!! I worked primarily with Jennifer, and I only had one weekend in Nashville to tour houses before I made the move which could have been a very stressful experience. However, with Jennifers support and experience in the market, it was so a much easier than I ever thought possible. We did one day of tours, I submitted an offer on a home the next day, and Jennifer held my hand to the finish line of becoming a Tennessee home owner!
