ZillowVERIFIED I had the absolute best experience working with Jessica this summer! As a first-time homebuyer, I was definitely nervous about finding the right realtor, but Jessica ended up being the perfect fit. She made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming by taking the time to explain every step and answer every single question I had. She truly went above and beyond for me throughout the entire process and always made me feel like I was in great hands. What stood out to me even more was how much she genuinely cared. Even after closing on my home, Jessica has continued to check in on me and make sure everything is going well. I couldnt have asked for a better experience buying my first home, and I am so grateful I had Jessica there to help me through it all. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was actually the second realtor I worked with due to having issues with the first one. Once I began working with Jessica, everything ran smooth and efficiently. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people shes working with. This was my first time buying a house and I used a VA loan, which seemed to turn off a lot of realtors. Not Jessica, she can handle anything you throw her way. For it being my first time buying (which is a stressful situation) Jessica made the experience amazing. I would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was very friendly and always looking out for the perfect home. If I had any questions she was very quick to reply and get me the information I needed. This was our first home and she made the process very smooth. She also provided us with an intro booklet that pretty much laid out the whole process so we knew exactly what to expect (I found this book very helpful in understanding the process as a first time homebuyer). I would highly recommend Jessica if you are looking to buy a home. Her fast responsiveness and knowledge of the area got us the house we are in now. Thanks Jessica!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough good things about Jessica!! My husband & I got in touch with her in the evening one day about looking at a house & she got us in the next morning. She was honest about the whole process & what she felt was our best option when putting in our offer on our new home - & that advice worked as our offer was accepted. She recommended phenomenal professionals for both our lender & inspector - both people we would recommend to anyone needing the same services. Jessica's desire to display our house as professionally & beautifully as she could helped it sell in one weekend - ONE WEEKEND! She kept us informed throughout the entire process, making it well known she was working for us, not just to get a paycheck. She was upfront, transparent, positive & our biggest support. Jessica made the process of buying & selling a house at the holidays run much smoother than it could have, never complaining or making us feel as if we were an inconvenience despite her busy schedule as well. If you want a driven realtor with a wonderful personality who will get the job done, Jessica is your girl!

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica did an excellent job finding everything I wanted in a house including location of the house, she is very knowledgeable about homes and the process of buying a home, she is also very easy to work with and is quick to schedule viewings that you would like to look at. She made this house buying process very easy for me, as I was a first time home buyer and didn't know the process very well.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was amazing! She was really helpful in finding me the perfect house. She listened to my must haves and definitely don't wants and did a great job bringing a variety of options to me as I decided what size home I actually wanted. She was super fast in responding to emails and texts as well, and very knowledgeable in educating me on the home buying process. She also did a great job communicating to the seller's agent on my behalf, standing by what I was willing to offer and justifying it instead of trying to convince me I should pay more. I am very happy with her and would highly recommend her if you are buying a house! I'm sure she puts just as much work into selling as well!

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our house with Jessica after interviewing several agents. We chose her for her knowledge and eagerness to sell our house. She did not disappoint us. We sold our house in a day at full asking price and closed within a month. She was there for us every step of the way through some ups and downs and made the experience less stressful. She is now helping us buy a house and we know that she will be there to support our position and get the job done. My husband and I would highly recommend Jessica in the selling or purchasing of a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was a strong voice for me throughout the process. Her follow up and follow through, even after everything was done has been great. For me, integrity and your word go a long way. Jessica has those characteristics, unlike the realtor we were working with. Jessica remained professional throughout.
