ZillowVERIFIED We have use the services of Jessica Tuggle and the Tuggle Group from Yuma, AZ for both sell and buy transactions. I can say that both transactions we quick and flawless. On the sell transaction, several items needed repair following the inspection. Jessica has a full network of local contractors that quickly made proper repairs prior to the short closing time frame we had negotiated. The title company she uses is literally right next door to her office in the Yuma Foothills facilitating quick and accurate closing documents. On the sell transaction, Jessica and her marketing team quickly photographed, posted online and printed single page flyers for the For Sale sign. We had several showing in the first week the property was offered and sold quickly at more than the original sale price!! Jessica and her team are long time Yuma year rounders, know the market and neighborhoods well. I would not hesitate to use Jessica Tuggle and the Tuggle Group again for another real estate transaction. 5 Stars ALL Day Long! Thank You Jessica.

ZillowVERIFIED The Realty Agency has got to be the best agency to go through for property managment or to have your home sold. Ive used them for both services. I contacted them and told them what i needed and they were on it. They were quick to find me an option of tenants and were good with their recommendations. The whole process, they were very honest and trustworthy. As time went on, i decided that I needed to actually sell the property. I was nervous about this route as I grew this thing of not trusting realtors due to having a completely terrible experience with Remax when i first initially tried to sell the home. Although, I gave The Realty Agency a chance and told them what I wanted to do and they were quick to get it done. They had found me a pre-qualified buyer within a few days. We closed in less than a month. Ive never heard of that but they were really working to get this done. They called to follow up during and even after the process which i thought was great. Overall, they have done an excellent job. Never once did i feel like they were stringing me along or trying to get over on me like i had felt with Remax. USE THE REALTY AGENCY dont look anywhere else. The Tuggles and their team will definitely help you out and are awsome to do business with. I will always recommend them and wont hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you The Realty Agency!

She was really good about working around my schedule and was really good about responding to my texts/emails and answering any questions I had in detail (Im a first time home buyer so there were lots of questions). I would send her a link to a house I liked and she would always be available to meet me and show me the house. I eventually decided on a new construction home and she was there for me for the entire process (showing me similar homes, color appointment, final walkthrough etc.) Even after the sale closed she told me I can contact her anytime if I need anything. If you need a realtor who is responsive, knowledgeable and actually listens to what you want than definitely hire Jessica.

If you are unsure of who to use as your realtor, call Jessica. I assure you, you?ll be glad you did. My husband and I began looking for a house a little after COVID hit. The market was ridiculous. A house would go on the market and then a couple hours later it would have a contract. Because of this, we probably looked at 20-30 houses, or at least it felt like it, but Jessica never relented or dodged my gazillion texts and was always available whenever I would message her about a new house on the market. Jessica is 100%, all of the time on top of her game. So much so, I swear she mustn?t ever sleep but she always looks fabulous and has the most wonderful attitude and presence to match. Since this was our first home buying experience, there was A LOT we didn?t know. Luckily for us, we had her wealth of information to assist in guiding us. From information on builders in the area to pest inquiries to pool questions, she knows it all. She was so helpful in answering our multitude of questions and if she didn?t happen to know, which was a rarity, she would find out for us and have an answer back in record time. Jessica was determined to find us a house, and indeed she did. Months and months after beginning our house hunt, Jessica told us she had the inside scoop on a house that no one else knew about yet. I am happy to say we just moved into that house due to Jessica?s wisdom and encouragement when it came to our [winning] offer.
